Start-Up Guidance

Initial Training & Ongoing Support

First, you are scheduled for a comprehensive five day training program at our
Headquarters focused on key aspects of the Lana Franchise system and your Spa business. Following this, we will conduct a site visit to your location to provide consultation on the development of your business and ensure that the necessary quality controls are implemented to uphold the LANA Health and Wellness standards. Additionally, you will receive ongoing remote support, refresher training, and scheduled on-site field visits for continuous assistance.

Operations Manual (Confidential)

Gain access to our Confidential Operations Manual, which outlines essential operational procedures, client management practices, reporting protocols, marketing strategies, spa maintenance guidelines, quality control standards, and support with key suppliers, among other critical areas. This manual is a valuable resource designed to ensure the smooth and effective management of your franchise operations.
